On January 12, 1959, producer Berry Gordy Jr. founded the MOTOWN label.

A record company that would forever change the destiny of black music, from Soul to RnB, by elevating artists like Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross and the supremes or Stevie Wonder to the status of myth.

On the occasion of MOTOWN's 60th anniversary, CARHARTT WIP has partnered with the Detroit record company to create a capsule collection that celebrates the retro and authentic DNA of both parties.
